I suffer from reflux issues.

Been on omeprazole for a few years now.

Its fucking annoying. If I have anything spicy (and I do LOVE a vindaloo) I have to sleep sat upright.

Oh I'm on the Apple Cider Vinegar, not sure if it's doing anything yet, can't think of anything left to eat, probably have some grass for breakfast.

I’ve had a hiatus hernia, not pleasant but nothing to worry about.

My old boss was diagnosed with this, turned out to be a hiatus hernia in the end. Managed with medicine and still knocked backed the odd beer or wine.
